Frederick, MD.-The Frederick Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in located a missing juvenile. On 11-07-15 at approximately 9:31p.m. Luzinha Bella Bermudez was reported missing by her parents. Luzinha left the residence without her parents’ permission. Luzinha is described as a Hispanic female, 5’02” tall, approximately 102 lbs., brown eyes, black hair, and is fourteen years old.
