The Frederick Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in located a missing juvenile. On 10/22/2015 at approximately 12:52AM, Luzinha “LuLu” Bermudez was reported missing from her residence by a family member. LuLu was last seen in her neighborhood; the 800 block of Blakely Ct. "LuLu" is described as a Hispanic female, approximately 5’2” tall, weighing 102 lbs. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie sweatshirt and black pants.
