**UPDATE**
On 10/22/2015 at approximately 1:00 AM the missing juvenile has been located and returned to her parents care.
On 10/19/2015 at approximately 1701 hours, the Frederick Police Department received a report of a missing person. Detective Renninger was later assigned as the lead investigator for this incident.
The missing person is Fatima Rosas-Garcia, a 14 year old Hispanic female. Rosas-Garcia was last seen on Monday, 10/19/2015 in the 600 block of Carroll Parkway, Frederick, MD at approximately 2:30 PM. At this time the whereabouts of Fatima Rosas-Garcia is unknown.
Fatima Rosas-Garcia is described as follows:
• Hispanic Female
• Brown Eyes/ Black Hair
• Approximately 115 lbs
• Approximately 5’05” in height
