The Frederick Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in located a missing juvenile. On 10/15/2015 at approximately 10:17PM, Raneem Alharthy was reported missing from her residence by a family member. Raneem Alharthy was last seen in her neighborhood, the 1800 block of Murdock Court. Raneem is described as a black female, approximately 4’10” tall, weighing 100 lbs, brown eyes, and black hair and is sixteen years old.
