If you have never experienced Halloween in Baker Park before, Now Is The Time! For an evening of Halloween fun, haunted Baker Park is the place to be on Friday, October, 23rd, 2015. Rain date is Thursday Oct 29th. Time slots are still available.

New Twists & Turns - Time Slots Still Available

Frederick, MD October 5, 2015: If you have never experienced Halloween in Baker Park before, Now Is The Time! For an evening of Halloween fun, haunted Baker Park is the place to be on Friday, October, 23rd, 2015. Rain date is Thursday Oct 29th. Time slots are still available.

Pre-Registration is required for all participating. The fee is $6.00 per person for city- residents and $8.00 per- person for non- city residents.
Register now by calling The City of Frederick, Parks and Recreation Department at 301-600-1492 to register with your credit card or to use cash or check, stop by our all new Program Registration Desk, Monday through Friday 8:30 – 6:30 pm at the William Talley Recreation Center located at 121 North Bentz Street, Frederick, Maryland. You can also register online http://www.activityreg.com/default.wcs.
If you have problems registering on-line, please call 301-600-1492.

The tours begin at 6:30 pm, leaving every 10 minutes and last approximately 50 minutes. The last tour begins at 8:40 pm. With our “Spirit Guides” you will walk throughout Baker Park.

Each year our haunted Baker Park has many new twist and turns throughout the evening. We keep some of everyone’s favorites while adding new and scary characters in secret places that no one is expecting.

Also included in the tour is “Trunk or Treat” in cars, in our pavilions and at a few surprise areas throughout the park, so bring your favorite empty treat bag or pumpkin!

Free Shows at Baker Park Bandshell – Open to the Public
Halloween in Baker Park offers multiple free shows starting at 6:35 pm by Dance Unlimited’ s Award Winning Repertory Company. Include in the shows will be performances to “Welcome to My Nightmare” and Michael Jackson’s “THRILLER”. There will also be a food concession stand open from 5:00 – 9:00 pm with hot drinks, food and snacks available for purchase.

Very Important: Please be here at least 30 minutes before your registered Tour time slot because the “Spirit Guides” do not wait! No refunds will be given for missed tour times. All time frames fill so you cannot switch to another time the evening of the event!
For everyone that is registered, please check-in at the Information Booth by the Wm. Talley Rec Center entrance in Baker Park for your wristband as soon as you arrive. This is an evening of great fun for the entire family!
