Frederick, MD- The Frederick Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile identified as Devon Tyrone Hall. Hall was last seen in the 1500 Blk of Dockside Drive yesterday evening. Hall is approximately 4’10” tall, weighs approximately 70lb, has brown hair and brown eyes. Hall was also wearing a backpack.
