The Crime and Citizen Contact Survey is available on line, now through November 15, 2015.
In an effort to enhance and improve the services provided to the citizens, visitors, and merchants of Frederick, the Frederick Police Department has developed and launched a Crime and Citizen Contact Survey. We remain mindful that our department’s effectiveness is ultimately determined by the confidence and cooperation of the community we serve. We are asking for your help in accomplishing and furthering our mission, and furthering community satisfaction by taking a few moments out of your busy day to answer a few questions. Only through your valued opinion, can we fully understand the progress we make and identify the problems we need to further address.
The Crime and Citizen Contact Survey is available on line, now through November 15, 2015. The survey can be accessed several ways, through the City Web Site (https://www.cityoffrederick.com/index.aspx?nid=817), Facebook, Twitter, or by going directly to the survey website (https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/7C6MTKH). No personal identifiers are being collected during the survey so the participants can remain completely anonymous.
In an effort to gain the highest level of participation, employees from the Frederick Police Department will be at upcoming community meetings and community events with laptop computers so residents and visitors can access the website. We value the suggestions and information we hope to receive, and we look forward to enhancing our services and community satisfaction.
