On 09/01/2015 at approximately 1352 hours the Frederick Police Department received a report of a missing person. Detective Lege was later assigned as the lead investigator for this incident.
The missing person is Kevin Javier Cardenas-Aguilar, a 17 year old Hispanic male. Cardenas-Aguilar was last seen on Tuesday, 09/01/2015 in the 1400 block of Key Parkway, Frederick, MD. At this time the whereabouts of Kevin Javier Cardenas-Aguilar is unknown.
