Alive @ Five will still be held as planned.

EAST/WEST FOUNTAIN OPENING CANCELLED
Will Be Rescheduled
Frederick, MD – September 10, 2015: After careful consideration, the grand opening of the East/Fountain on Carroll Creek Linear Park scheduled for today at 4:30 PM has been cancelled.
The decision to postpone the event was made after reviewing the forecast for consistence heavy rains and potential thunderstorms for the area.
The East /West Fountain grand opening will be rescheduled as soon as arrangements can be made.
