On September 4, 2015 at approximately 5pm Officers were in the area of 50 Carroll Creek due to alcohol and drug complaints.
OFC Dodson of the Directed Patrol Team observed a male sitting in the area throw an item behind him onto the ground. OFC Dodson approached the male and identified the item as a 3/4 full bottle of Whiskey. The male was identified as Lester J. Crosby (DOB 1-27-1965) of W. All Saints St. Frederick, MD.
Crosby was placed under arrest for possessing an open alcohol in a public park. Search incident to arrest OFC Dodson located a bag of suspected synthetic cannabinoid and a suspected synthetic cannabinoid blunt.
Crosby was taken to FCADC for processing.
Crosby is charged with possessing an intoxicating beverage in a public park and possession of synthetic cannabinoid.
