FREDERICK COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY ANNOUNCES
EXPANDED HOURS FOR THE OFFICE OF HOME ENERGY PROGRAMS
The Frederick Community Action Agency (FCAA) is pleased to announce that the Office of Home Energy Programs (OHEP) has expanded its hours of operation. OHEP is now open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday in order to assist Frederick County residents seeking assistance with their household energy bills.
The Office of Home Energy Programs (OHEP) administers several different financial assistance programs aimed at helping income-eligible households to pay utility and fuel bills; minimize energy-related crises; and assist in making utility, heating, and cooling expenses as affordable as possible. Specifically, OHEP staff members administer the Maryland Energy Assistance Program (MEAP), the Electric Universal Service Program (EUSP), and the Utility Service Protection Plan (USPP).
The FCAA Office of Home Energy Programs (OHEP) is located within the Frederick County Department of Social Services at 100 East All Saints Street, Frederick. Stacey White serves as the Manager of Energy Assistance Services and Tammy Anderson serves as the Lead Intake Worker.
