The Frederick Police Dept is requesting assistance from the public in identifying a male who is exposing himself in the downtown area.
The Frederick Police Department is asking for the assistance of the public in identifying a male who has been exposing himself to females in the downtown Frederick area. The department has received numerous complaints over the past several months from females all describing a similar male suspect. The incidents occurred between 6:00pm and midnight on weekends. The suspect is described as:
• Black Male
• 20-25 Years of age
• Slender to medium build
• Average height 5’06” to 6’00”
• Medium to dark complexion
• Long slender face
• Usually seen wearing loose fitting clothing, often sweatpants and a sweatshirt.
The suspect has primarily been on foot, but has also seen in a tan, 4 door sedan. The attached image was taken on June 11, 2015, in the area of the Court Street Parking deck.
The public is reminded to be aware of their surroundings and to report any suspicious incidents to the Frederick Police Department. Anyone with information on the subject’s identity is asked to call Det. McKinney at 301-600-1266, or the FPD anonymous TIP line at, 301-600-TIPS (8477).
