City Introduces YouTube Channel
Frederick, MD – June 9, 2015: The City of Frederick is pleased to introduce the City’s YouTube channel featuring videos produced by The City of Frederick Audio Visual Department.
The site has been established as another social media platform designed to bring public service announcements, press conferences, City related events, recreational activities and more information from The City of Frederick to our viewers.
“Citizen engagement definitely makes our City a better place. YouTube is yet another outreach method we have implemented to communicate information to our citizens as well as people outside of our community. It is another great way to showcase what we have to offer.” said Mayor Randy McClement.
To view The City of Frederick YouTube channel, go to YouTube and search for “City of Frederick” or go directly to https://www.youtube.com/c/CityofFrederick-Government.
City related videos are also available on our City Facebook page at www.facebook.com/CityofFrederick, as well as on the City website at www.cityoffrederick.com and then click on the “Watch Meetings & Video’s” link on the right side of the home page. An archive of all City meetings is available on the City website.
