Frederick, MD.-On 06/08/2015 at approximately 4:20pm, Off. Daniel Grimes responded to Frederick Memorial Hospital for a subject who had sustained lacerations from a knife attack.
Frederick, MD.-On 06/08/2015 at approximately 4:20pm, Off. Daniel Grimes responded to Frederick Memorial Hospital for a subject who had sustained lacerations from a knife attack. Upon arrival, Off. Grimes met with the victim in the emergency room. The victim, who was conscious, explained he was assaulted by a W/M later identified as Damien Wayne Klein. The victim further stated as he was attempting to intervene in an altercation between Klein and a female, Klein assaulted him with a knife and fled the scene. Based on the nature of his injuries, the victim advised he needed medical treatment and traveled to FMH. Based on the information gathered and the injuries sustained by the victim, Off. Grimes was able to obtain a warrant for Klein’s arrest.
