Frederick, MD.-On 05/12/2015 at approximately 8:32pm, officers of the Frederick Police Department responded to the parking lot of the McDonalds restaurant, located at 423 South Jefferson Street, for a suspicious person/vehicle call. Specifically, a W/F was seen staggering while getting out of and back into a vehicle.
Upon arrival, officers located a dark color vehicle parked in the middle of the north side parking lot. The vehicle then pulled into a parking space very slowly and not all the way into the space.
