The Frederick Police Department’s Street Crimes Team is seeking assistance in a commercial burglary investigation
On 03-26-2015, officers of the Frederick Police Department responded to the Eastside Liquors business, located at 507 N East Street, in Frederick City, in reference to a commercial burglary.
During the investigation, it was found the burglary occurred around 1:40 AM on the above listed date. During the burglary, two suspects were involved in breaking a glass window to the business and stealing a large Fireball brand whiskey statue, portraying the red Fireball devil.
Photographs and video surveillance of the suspects were obtained, showing the suspects walking back and forth in front of the business before breaking the glass. Once the glass window to the business was broken, the suspects were then observed running northbound carrying the large statue.
The suspects are described as below:
Suspect 1 (top photographs):
- Male
- White or light skinned
- Thin to medium build
- Dark colored jacket or sweatshirt
- Dark colored pants
- Dark colored shoes with white near the bottom
- Longer dark hair, possible mullet style haircut
Suspect 2 (bottom photographs):
- Unknown gender
- Unknown race
- Dark colored jacket
- Light colored pants
- Jacket hood possibly pulled over head
- Thin build
- Taller than Suspect 1
