The Frederick Police Department is requesting assistance from the public in locating a missing juvenile.
On April 13, 2015 at approximately 10:02 AM the Frederick Police Department received a report of a missing juvenile. Det. Ames was assigned as the investigator for this case.
The missing juvenile is 15 year old Christina Hoy. Hoy was last seen in Windsor Gardens on Key Pkwy area as of on April 10, 2015. At this time the whereabouts of Hoy are unknown. Family members believe Hoy may be with friends in the Route 40 Area.
Hoy is described as follows:
• Black Female
• 15 Years of Age
• Approximately 5’00” and 120lbs
• Brown Eyes / Brown Shoulder Length Hair
• Last seen wearing a black cut off t-shirt, and black yoga pants
