Frederick, MD - January 30, 2015: On March 26th at 4:00 PM, the Historic Preservation Commission will hold a site visit at 419 West South Street (Rescue Mission) to observe existing site conditions. At this meeting City staff will provide a review of the applicability of criteria for Historic Preservation Overlay designation.
