On March 4, 2015 at approximately 11:56 AM the Frederick Police Department received a report of a missing person. Det. Kidwell was assigned as the investigator for this case.
The missing person is 16 year old Autumn Dowell . Dowell was last seen in the Amber Meadows area on March 1, 2015. At this time the whereabouts of Dowell are unknown. Family members believe Dowell may be travelling with friends with a unknown destination in Virginia.
Dowell is described as follows:
• Black Female
• 16 Years of Age
• Brown Eyes / Brown Shoulder Length Hair
• Lime Green Tongue Ring
• Unknown Clothing
