Update to 02/14/2015 Release:
The Frederick Police Department is still seeking the assistance of the community in attempting to locate Jennifer Medrano-Torres. Medrano-Torres has been missing since December 24, 2014 when she left her residence on Eden Drive in Frederick, Maryland.
Medrano Torres is believed to be in the company of Ottoniel Ramirez-Rojas, a 28 year old Hispanic White Male. Ottoniel Ramirez-Rojas is currently wanted by the Frederick Police Department on an arrest warrant charging him with a 3rd Degree Sex Offense in a separate case.
The whereabouts of Ramirez-Rojas and Medrano-Torres are unknown at this time. Investigators believe the two may be travelling together to an unknown destination.
Jennifer Medrano-Torres is described as follows:
• White Hispanic Female
• 5’03” Tall / 100 lbs
• Black Hair / Brown Eyes
• Curly Hair Below Shoulder Length
Jennifer Medrano Torres was last seen wearing the following clothing:
• Brown Jacket
• Gray Sweatpants
• Black Shirt
Ottoniel Ramirez-Rojas is described as follows:
• DOB: 10/26/1986
• Last Known Address: 90 Waverly Drive Frederick, MD

On January 8, 2015 the Frederick Police Department received a report of a missing juvenile from Frederick, MD. The missing juvenile was identified as Jennifer Alexandra Medrano-Torres, a 14 year old Hispanic female.
Medrano-Torres was last seen on December 24, 2014 at her residence on Eden Drive Frederick, MD. Medrano-Torres is believed to have run away and may be in the company of her boyfriend. Medrano-Torres is described as follows:

• 5’03” Tall / 100 lbs
