Frederick, MD.-On 01/14/15 at approximately 11:47pm Off. Sublett, of the Frederick Police Department, responded to the 1100 Blk of Orchard Terrace for a disorderly subject call. Upon arrival, Off. Sublett observed a B/F, later identified as Hope Celeste Harper, assault another B/F. Off. Sublett immediately arrested Harper and transported her to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center’s central booking unit for processing.
