On 12/21/2014 at about 1:04AM, officers responded to the 1500 block of Laurelwood Way for a report of an assault involving a knife. There, officers contacted a female, who said a male identified as Isaiah Jerome William Harper (01/13/1994) stabbed holes in the driver's door glass of her vehicle while she was sitting in the driver's seat. Officers learned this incident was an outcome of a failed relationship.
Officers recovered a knife nearby and interviewed additional witnesses to the incident. They also contacted and interviewed Harper inside a nearby residence. Harper was arrested and taken to Central Booking on charges as listed below.
