The Frederick Police Department’s Street Crimes Unit is seeking assistance in a commercial burglary investigation…
On 10-29-2014, officers of the Frederick Police Department responded to the AT&T store, located at 1170 B W Patrick Street, in reference to an alarm call for service.
Upon arrival, it was found an unknown person broke a glass window to the store and made entry. Once inside of the store, the suspect took several undisclosed items belonging to AT&T before exiting.
Through video surveillance, it was determined the suspect entered the store at 3:51 AM. The suspect is described as follows:
- Black male
- Black facial covering
- Blue coverall clothing
- Black boot type shoes
- Tan work gloves
Through the investigation, it was determined multiple cellular phone related stores in the region have recently been the victim to similar burglaries. The Frederick Police Department is working with the agencies handling these similar cases in the attempt to determine if they are related, and to assist in identifying and locating the suspect.
