02/07/2012 at approximately 7:25 p.m. the Frederick Police Department responded to a report of a suspicious person in the vicinity of Broadway Street at Madison Street. Upon making contact, the complainant advised the officer that as her vehicle was stopped for the stop sign at this intersection, a male opened the passenger side door and attempted to enter her vehicle. The complainant quickly left the scene and notified the Police Department. Officers canvassed the area and were not able to locate the male subject.
The person attempting to enter this vehicle is described as a black male in his mid 20’s, approximately 6’00 tall, athletic build, short hair and no facial hair. At the time of the incident, the subject was wearing a dark blue or black zip up jacket and blue jeans.
