“Talk to the Mayor Tuesday” Date Changed for October
Frederick, MD -- Frederick, MD -- Mayor McClement has set aside time each month, typically on the 4th Tuesday, from 2-6 p.m. to meet informally with citizens to discuss topics or issues of their choice. For the month of October only, due to a change in schedule, "Talk to the Mayor Tuesday" will be held on the 3rd Tuesday, October 21st from 2-6 p.m.
Residents will have an opportunity to talk about issues that relate to them and to ask questions. No appointment is necessary for Talk with the Mayor Tuesday. Meetings will be held on a first come, first served basis as time allows.
“I have been very pleased with the wide range of topics brought to the table during the Talk to the Mayor Tuesdays. Talking with residents in a casual atmosphere, hearing their questions and concerns and having the opportunity to address these items directly is exactly what I had in mind for these open door events. This is a great way to bring citizens and government together. I look forward to this informal meeting time each month,” said McClement.
The Mayor's office is located in City Hall at 101 North Court Street. No appointment is necessary and citizens meet with the Mayor on a first come; first serve basis.
