The Frederick Police Department is asking for assistance in locating a missing Frederick man…
On September 25, 2014, officers of the Frederick Police Department responded to the Community Living Vocational Day Program, located at 24 S. Wisner Street, in reference to a missing person. Through the investigation, it was determined Tijuani Rhomane Stone was at the above location on the above date. Between 0915 hours and 0930 hours, Stone exited the building and travelled in an unknown direction on foot. There was a possible sighting of Stone walking eastbound on E Patrick Street in the area of the Frederick Fairgrounds.
Stone is developmentally disabled and autistic. Stone has run away at least two (2) times in the past, located once in the area of Gashouse Pike, in Frederick City, and located another time in Laurel, Maryland.
Stone is described as follows:
- Black male
- 24 years of age
- Black hair
- Brown eyes
- Approximately 5’08” in height
- Approximately 130 pounds
- Blue or grey sweater
- Blue jeans
The Frederick Police Department is asking citizens to be cognizant of Stone’s photograph and to be on the lookout for him while travelling in and around the Frederick area.
