On 09/20/14 at 3:01 p.m. Officers were dispatched to the unit block of W. 7th St. for an indecent exposure. Several witnesses advised an intoxicated female was passed out in a chair in the victim's back yard. The female, later identified as Lisa Gladhill (DOB 11/17/1981) of Kemptown Church Rd, Damascus MD was unclothed from the waist down and had urinated on herself and the chair.
The witnesses attempted to check Gladhill's welfare when she awoke and became belligerent. Gladhill attempted to get into the victims residence, but was held back by the home owners.
Officers searched the area and located Gladhill in the 700 blk of Motter Ave. Gladhill was placed under arrest for indecent exposure and attempted burglary. She was transported to FCADC for processing.
