On 8-6-14 at about 8:00 AM, members of the Frederick Police Department served a search and seizure warrant in the 100 block of West All Saints Street. A digital scale, multiple baggies, and a quantity of suspected marijuana were recovered. Brendel Beard was arrested and charged at Central Booking as shown below.
