On 8/04/2014, at around 1450hrs, OFC Dodson was flagged down by the security officer at Colonial Jewelers at 1 S. Market St
On 8/04/2014, at around 1450hrs, OFC Dodson was flagged down by the security officer at Colonial Jewelers at 1 S. Market St., about a subject who made a threat to come back and blow up Colonial Jewelers with an explosive device.
OFC. Dodson made contact with the subject who made this statement, who was still on scene in front of Colonial Jewelers. This subject was identified as William Thomas Clevenger 12-04-1981 of Brunswick. Upon, OFC. Dodson contacting Mr. Clevenger and asking him about the incident, he began to act disorderly, yelling very loudly. OFC. Dodson then placed Clevenger under arrest for the disorderly conduct at which time he then began to resist arrest.
Once placed under arrest, Mr. Clevenger was transported to Frederick County Central Booking Unit where he is waiting his appearance before the District Court Commissioner. At the time of this press release a photo of Mr. Clevenger was not available.
