The Frederick Police arrest three juveniles in connection to a burglary and bicycle theft.
On 07/28/2014 at approximately 1:20 p.m., officers of the Frederick Police Department were dispatched to the 100 block of W. All Saints Street for a report of a burglary. Officers were advised that subjects entered a garage and stole bicycles. Officers immediately canvassed the surrounding areas and located several juveniles in the 400 block of S. Jefferson Street, matching the description provided by the complainant. Officers positively identified two of the bicycles that were operated by the juveniles as those that were stolen in the burglary. The bicycles were returned to the owners and three juveniles were charged through the Department of Juvenile Services with the below listed offenses.
