On the above date and time, an Officer was on routine Patrol in the area of S Market and Citizens Way when he saw 2 subjects fighting on Citizens Way in front of Griffs Landing. The Officer gave commands for the 2 to cease fighting as other subjects attempted to pull them apart. The Officer heard a gunshot and found the victim as the group separated. The Officer stopped the other subject in the fight and the victim fled from the scene. The victim was located a short time later on Broadway St. He was treated and released from FMHER. 2 subjects were detained at the scene and CID is continuing the investigation.
