On 4/26/14, at approximately 2054 hours, officers with the Frederick Police Department responded to the unit block of Winchester St.. for a report of gunshots.
On 4/26/14, at approximately 2054 hours, officers with the Frederick Police Department responded to the unit block of Winchester St.. for a report of gunshots. Upon arrival the officers were able to speak with several witnesses who reported hearing gunshots. Officers did recovered evidence at the scene.
