The family and friends of Lamont Ellis are now offering a $7,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the person, or persons, responsible for his murder.
On September 30, 2012, Lamont was murdered in Frederick following a night out with friends. At approximately 1:50 am, while walking to his car parked near Mullinex Alley, Lamont was shot in an apparent robbery attempt. We are asking anyone with information on this investigation to call the Frederick Police Department’s Tip line at 301-600-TIPS.
