Frederick, MD.-On 02/04/14 at approximately 11:07AM, Off. Chiaravalloti was on routine patrol in the 100 Blk of Baughmans Lane when he conducted a traffic stop for motor vehicle violation.
Frederick, MD.-On 02/04/14 at approximately 11:07AM, Off. Chiaravalloti was on routine patrol in the 100 Blk of Baughmans Lane when he conducted a traffic stop for motor vehicle violation. Upon contact with the driver, later identified as Marcus Bryan Johnson, Off. Chiaravalloti could smell the odor of suspected marijuana emitting from inside of the vehicle. Off. Chiaravalloti then placed Johnson under arrest and found marijuana inside the vehicle along with drug paraphernalia.
Johnson was then transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center’s central booking unit and is await a hearing before the district court commissioner.
