On 01-08-2014, The Frederick Police Department's Drug Enforcement Unit conducted a prostitution operation in the area of West South St in response to community complaints of prostitutes operating there.
An undercover officer was solicited for a sex act by Jerry Rios Rosado, 07/13/1991, on Madison St. Rios Rosado was arrested and charged at the FCADC.
On 01/10/2014, The DEU conducted a prostitution reversal operation in the same area. An undercover officer posing as a prostitute was solicited for a sex act on two separate occasions during the operation.
DEU officers arrested Thomas Ford, 8-18-1953, and Ahmed Kalid Mahmoodi, 08/15/1985.
Both of these arrestees were taken to FCADC as well. A photo for Rios Rosado is attached. Additional photos will follow.
