“Sold on Frederick II” Training Session for Lenders & Realtors
Frederick, MD -- The City of Frederick Division of Community Development will hold a training session for lenders and realtors on the “Sold on Frederick II Down Payment and Closing Assistance Program” on Wednesday, January 22nd from 1:30 – 2:30 PM at the Municipal Annex Building located at 140 West Patrick Street.
“Sold on Frederick II” is a down payment and closing cost assistance program of up to $8,000 sponsored by The City of Frederick. The program specifically assist income and credit eligible first time homebuyers purchasing a home in The City of Frederick.
The training session will be presented by Eileen Barnhard, CDBG Program Administrator for The City of Frederick. Lenders and realtors interested in attending should contact Eileen Barnhard at 301.600.2842 or email ebarnhard@cityoffrederick.com.
