Frederick, MD.-On 12/29/13 at approximately 0754 hrs. OFC. Preece and OFC. Weaver responded to the Marc Train Station, located at 100 South East Street, for an indecent exposure.
Frederick, MD.-On 12/29/13 at approximately 0754 hrs. OFC. Preece and OFC. Weaver responded to the Marc Train Station, located at 100 South East Street, for an indecent exposure. Upon arrival, both officers found a W/M, later identified as John Edward Garner, standing inside the train station nude from the waist down exposing himself to customers and staff. As a result OFC. Preece arrested Garner and transported him to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center’s central booking unit. At that time of this press release, Garner is waiting to appear before the district court commissioner.
