The Frederick City Police Department is asking its residents for help in identifying a subject in the attached photos and video. This subject is wanted for questioning in the theft of a sum of U.S. currency from the Off Broadway Dinner Theatre that is located at #5 Willowdale Drive, Frederick Maryland. On the above date at approximately 1900 hrs. Officers of the Frederick Police Department responded to a reported robbery at the Way Off Broadway Dinner Theatre, 5 Willowdale Dr. in Frederick. When officers arrived on scene it was determined the incident was not a robbery, but a theft. The suspect entered the business through an unsecured door and located an undisclosed amount of US currency in the office area of the business. The B/M suspect described as 6-0/240 lbs., clean shaven wearing a lightweight Black rain jacket, dark knit cap and dark tee shirt and jeans took the money and left the business. A thorough canvass of the area failed to locate the suspect. Crime scene and CID responded to the business and began the follow up investigation.
