Frederick, MD--On 10/16/13 at approximately 1754 hrs. OFC. Rucci of the Frederick Police Department responded to the 1500 Blk of North East Street for a domestic assault in progress.
Frederick, MD--On 10/16/13 at approximately 1754 hrs. OFC. Rucci of the Frederick Police Department responded to the 1500 Blk of North East Street for a domestic assault in progress. Upon arrival at the scene, OFC. Rucci and other officers were able to located the victim and suspect, identified as Gary Jamar Lorquet. Further investigation revealed that the victim sustained minor injuries due to a physical altercation. As a result, Gary Jamar Lorquet was placed under arrest and transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center Central Booking. At the time of this press release, Gary Jamar Lorquet is still waiting to appear in front of a district court commissioner.
