The Frederick Police Department is asking the public’s help with locating a missing person
The Frederick Police Department is asking the public’s help with locating a missing person. The missing person is Charles Walter Goff. Mr. Goff is 5’11”, 165 lbs, has gray hair/beard, glasses and is 69 years old. Mr. Goff was last seen on 09-21-2013 at 10:15 pm. Mr. Goff is believed to have left his house in Frederick on foot and headed to an unknown destination.
