Memebrs of the Frederick Police Department Drug Enforcement Unit arrest subject on traffic stop. 13-57964
On the evening of 9-09-13, members of the Frederick Police Department's Drug Enforcement Unit were conducting surveillance in the Key Parkway and Willowdale Dr area in regards to complaints of persons selling drugs. Officers observed a vehicle enter the Windsor Gardens Apartment complex area and leave a short time later. An officer observed the vehicle commit a traffic violation and initiated a stop.
A passenger,Gavin Waverly Watts 02-13-87 of the 100 Blk S Market St Frederick, MD, was charged with possession of heroin. Watts was transported to Central Booking and is currently awaiting an appearance before a District Court Commissioner
