On 09/06/13 at 11:49 pm OFC Conover was on routine patrol in the area of W. 7th St. OFC Conover observed a silver Saturn make a left turn from the #2 right lane. OFC Conover initiated a traffic stop in the unit block of W. 7th St.
After making contact with the subjects inside the vehicle, OFC Conover requested a K9 sniff, which positively alerted to the vehicle.
The driver was identified as Alice Jane Kolb (DOB 10-17-90) of 12435 Creagerstown Rd. Thurmont, MD 21788
