[ARCHIVED] Fellini's Restaurant Burglary

INCIDENT/ INFORMATION: On 01-03-12 at approximately 0900 hrs. Officers of the Frederick Police Dept. responded to a reported burglary at Fellini’s Italian Restaurant located at 177A Thomas Johnson Drive. The incident was reported by a neighboring business employee who noticed the front door glass to the restaurant was shattered. Officers found that the business had been forcibly entered and an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency had been stolen. The crime appears to have occurred during the previous night. The crime scene was processed by the FPD Crime Scene Unit and evidence was collected at the scene. The follow up investigation is being conducted by the Criminal Investigation Division. Anyone with information regarding this crime is asked to call the Frederick Police at 301-600-2100, or anonymously at 301-600-8477. Crime tips may be sent via text message at 240-674-8477.
