On 8/23/13, at approximately 0116 hours, officers responded to the area of Lucas Village and Hope Circle for reported shots fired. Upon arrival, several empty shell casings were located and a vehicle was identifed as having been struck by bullets. The area was canvassed and several items of evidence were collected. No one appears to have been injured and no witnesses to the incident have come forward. Anyone with any information about this incident is asked to contact Det. Renninger at 301-600-1272.
