Absentee Voting Procedures for The City of Frederick Primary Election
Frederick, MD -- Voters who are registered to vote in The City of Frederick and wish to apply for an absentee ballot for the September 10, 2013 City of Frederick primary election should do so now.
Only those who are affiliated with either the Republican or Democratic Party can vote in the City’s primary election. All City voters may vote in the November 5, 2013 General Election.
Voters who are unable to vote in person on Primary Election day may come to City Hall for an absentee ballot application or find one at the City’s website at http://www.cityoffrederick.com/DocumentCenter/View/2971. Follow the instructions on the form to receive your ballot.
The office will be open for absentee ballot applications on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
