On 08/03/13 at approximately 3:00am Frederick Police received a report from a citizen that he just heard glass breaking and observed someone in a residence in the 300 block of E. Patrick St. Upon arrival officers found a broken window on the second level of a vacant residence and blood around the area. A search of the residence revealed a subject identified as Jay Lee Callhan DOB:06/03/65 hiding in a closet upstairs. Mr. Callahan was taken into custody without incident and transported to Central Booking.
CHARGES: 3rd and 4th Degree Burglary, Destruction of property
