The Frederick Police Department is seeking Charles Donald Mullen in connection with the burglary and armed robbery which occurred Thursday morning.
On 08/03/2013 at approximately 1200AM officers with the Frederick Police Department located Charles Donald Mullen in the 1500 block of Oppossumtown Pile Frederick Maryland.
Mullen was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center for processing.

On 08/01/2013 at approximately 0508 AM Frederick Police Officers responded to the unit block of West 4th Street for a reported burglary and armed robbery. The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries and was transported to a regional hospital for treatment. The case was assigned to the Criminal Investigation Division for follow-up investigation.
Det. Garcia was assigned as the primary investigator. Det. Garcia quickly identified Charles Donald Mullen, as the suspect in this case. On 08/01/13 an arrest warrant was issued and Mullen is currently wanted in connection to this robbery.
Police are requesting anyone who has information regarding the whereabouts of Mullen to immediately contact the Frederick Police Department at 301-600-2102.

On 08/01/2013 Officers from the Frederick Police Department responded to the Unit Block of West 4th Street for a reported home invasion. Upon arrival the victim advised he was assaulted and items were taken from his home. The victim was transported to Meritus Trauma Center by EMS with non-life threatening injuries.
