On 07/24/2013 at approximately 2331 hours Officers from the Frederick Police Department responded to the 1900 Blk of Ellingwood Ct. for a report of a large party. After the initial Officers located the address and began an attempt to shut down the party, they heard several gun shots in the area. Subsequently, Officers and assisting Deputies from the FCSO located several shell casings in the area. A witness advised they observed a dark colored sedan speeding away from the area where the shots came from. No one was injured as a result of this incident.
