[ARCHIVED] Police arrest two subjects for indecent exposure

On 7/18/13 at 1707 hrs. Police responded to the parking lot area of 1003 W. 7th St. for an indecent exposure. Upon arrival witnesses advised a male and female were having sexual intercourse beside the trash dumpsters. OFC Gunder and OFF Kemp identified the two subjects as Richard C Clauter and Teisha Bryant-Harris. At a show up the witness positively identified both subjects.

Both subjects were taken to Central Booking.

Richard C Clauter of no fixed address was charged with Indecent exposure and disorderly conduct
Teisha Bryant-Harris of no fixed address was charged with Indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.
