On 07/05/13 at appoximately 0321hrs. Sgt. Stocksdale of the Frederick Police Department was patrolling in the area of Country Hill Apts. located at 1000 Heather Ridge Dr., Frederick MD. In the parking lot of the complex he located a Ford van with several occupants inside. A check of the tag revealed the van was reported stolen through New York. The driver was arrested and charged with Motor Vehicle Theft. She was transported to central booking without incident.
